Add coconut milk to make sauce base.

Organic Chili, Organic Lemongrass, Organic Shallot, Organic Garlic, Salt, Organic Dried Coriander Seeds, Organic Galangal, Organic Kaffir Lime, Organic Dried Cumin, Citric Acid (0.50%)
Heat oil in a pan. Add 2 tablespoons of curry paste and 1 cup of coconut milk. Stir in meat and vegetables in medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until cooked. Add water as necessary. Bring to a boil.
Ambient room temperature and keep refrigerated after opening.
