Say goodbye to plastic waste and shedding microplastics! Our Sisal Bottle Brush is the ultimate sustainable cleaning tool. By combining a steel handle with biodegradable sisal bristles, we’ve created a tool that is as kind to the planet as it is effective in your home.

  • What are Sisal Bristles?
  • Sisal is a resilient, sustainable fiber harvested from the leaves of the Agave plant. Unlike nylon, which is a petroleum-based plastic, sisal is a 100% renewable and biodegradable plant material.
  • Why it works for bottles:
  •    -   High-Tension Scrubbing: Sisal is naturally stiff, allowing the bristles to maintain their shape and reach the bottom corners of tall bottles where grime usually accumulates.
  •    -   Zero Microplastics: You can scrub with confidence knowing no plastic particles are being rinsed down your drain or left behind in your drinking bottles.
  •    -   Odor Resistant: Sisal fibers are naturally breathable and quick-drying. This prevents the "musty sponge" smell often found in deep-set plastic brushes.
  • Functional Features
  •    -   Slim-Profile Steel Handle: The heavy-duty stainless steel handle is thin enough to fit through narrow-neck bottles (like carafes, kombucha bottles, or reusable water flasks) while providing the leverage needed for a deep clean.
  •    -   Heat & Chemical Safe: Natural sisal can withstand boiling water and various cleaning agents without melting or deforming, making it ideal for sanitizing baby bottles or coffee carafes.
  •    -   Designed for Longevity: This brush is built to be a permanent fixture in your kitchen. When the bristles finally reach the end of their life, they are fully compostable.

Run the bristles under warm water to remove any soap residue or food particles. Give the brush a firm shake to remove excess water trapped within the dense sisal fibers. Never store a wet sisal brush in a closed cupboard or a damp sink caddy. Do not leave the brush submerged in a bowl of water for long periods, as prolonged saturation can soften the natural fibers prematurely.
Sisal fiber bristles are 100% compostable. Steel wire is 100% recyclable in metal recycling.
